Our Policies

At JD Lane Company, we create custom-designed apparel with integrity and care. We do not accept orders that include:

• Copyrighted, trademarked, or branded material without proper authorization
• References to illegal drugs, alcohol, or tobacco
• Obscene, offensive, suggestive, or sexually explicit content

If your request includes any of the above, we kindly ask that you seek another provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Because our items are custom-made, orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. All sales are final.

All orders must be paid in full before we begin production. No items will be created until payment has been received and processed.

Each item is made to order by hand, so slight variations in design placement or finish may occur. These minor differences are part of the handmade process. Rest assured, we only ship products that meet our quality standards.

JD Lane Company is a made-to-order business. This means every order is created specifically for you after it’s placed. Our standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days, though larger orders or busy seasons may take slightly longer.
Please note:

• Business days exclude weekends and holidays
• We ship via USPS or UPS First Class (no insurance included)
• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
