JD Lane Company Policies
Our Policies:
Refusal of Service:
- We create custom designed apparel and engraved items. We do not create items that may have designs that infringe against a copy write, trademark, or brand. We also do not create items with designs or text that reference illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or that use or display obscene / offensive language. If you wish to have apparel or engraved items made with these things included, we kindly ask that you take your business elsewhere. We do hold the right to refuse / deny any order request at anytime.
Canceling & Modifying Orders:
- Once an order is placed, it can not be modified or canceled.
Personalized & Handmade:
- The majority of our products are personalized and handmade. There may be slight imperfections with engraving or how a design was applied. We will never send out an item that is less than our satisfaction.
Shipping Policy:
- JD Lane Company is a made to order site. This means ALL orders are made to order, and we are not a ready to ship site. We work to keep our turn around time between 3-5 business days or sooner but there is a chance it can take slightly longer due to order volume & sizes. We do work as hard as possible to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.
- Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
- JD Lane Company is not responsible for packages once they are in USPS or UPS hands. We ship all orders first class with no insurance. We at JD Lane Company are not liable once orders have been shipped with USPS or UPS & will not replace or refund any lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by shipping.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or for any reason, the customer is responsible for any additional postage to resend the package to the correct address.
